Please note: No additional call-out charges apply.
Pricing notes
*All rates exclude parts and materials.
Materials will be charged at retail prices.
Charges are per hour with a one-hour minimum charge and half-hour increments after that.
Payments must be made in full by debit card, bank transfer or cash.
During the week if a customer rings at 2pm and we cannot attend until after 6pm, the daytime rate still applies.
The evening rate applies if a customer rings at 2pm during the week and specifically asks for after 6pm.
Please note
No additional call-out charges apply.
For example, we are called out to a boiler breakdown and the engineer diagnoses the problem and needs to get parts. If 30 minutes are spent at the property, a charge of £79 applies for this visit, diagnostic fees.
The engineer then comes back the next day with the part and takes 45 minutes to fit the new part. A further charge of £79 applies, plus the cost of parts.
